Rob Wright

Rob brings nearly 30 years of public service and a decade of private sector experience to BBM. He will focus on helping clients effectively address the business and policy challenges of the public safety market to ensure the best products and services can help front-line public safety personnel accomplish their missions safely and effectively.

Rob retired from the Paramus (NJ) Police Department as Detective Lieutenant in charge of the Office of Professional Standards. During his law enforcement career he worked various assignments in the Patrol Division, Sergeant in the Criminal Identification Bureau, Internal Affairs Investigator, and Criminal Investigations and was a member of the Emergency Service Unit. He collaborated with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s office to initiate the county’s ALPR program. 

Prior to serving in law enforcement, Rob served in the United States Air Force as a member of the Presidential Honor Guard at Bolling AFB in Washington, DC. 

In the private sector Rob has worked in senior positions at companies serving the public safety, emergency response, homeland security, and defense markets.  Rob’s professional experience uniquely qualifies him to address the wide spectrum of strategic issues facing practitioners and solution providers that serve public safety.
